MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
Gabi Lang
Hi, I'm Gabi! I am a newly certified Pilates instructor, and a Business Administration student at Chico State. Over the past few years Pilates has become some a big part of my life, and I am so excited to share my passion through teaching. My goal is create a welcoming space where you're able to challenge yourself and build more confidence in your movement. You can expect upbeat music, encouraging energy, and options to make each class work for you. I'm so excited to move with all of you!
Elizabeth Martinez
Elizabeth is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching for over 5 years. It has been an invaluable tool for her and she finds joy in sharing her practice with others. With a strong emphasis on proper alignment her class offers an approachable pace ideal to maintain form and feel each posture (asana) fully. Various stretches will help ease tension in the body, calm the nervous system, clear the mind and prepare you for a more balanced evening.
Danyel Hurd
I am Danyel Hurd, RN, a U.S. Army veteran, yoga instructor, and founder of Yoga.911. I am a certified yoga instructor and warriors at ease level 2 instructor. My training includes trauma-informed yoga, adaptive mobility, functional and restorative yoga, meditation, and accessible movement tailored to individual needs. Before focusing on cardiac care, I worked as an emergency room nurse and forensic nurse, including as a Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse Examiner. I also served as an Army field medic. These experiences inform my supportive, trauma-informed approach to helping healthcare professionals, first responders, military personnel, veterans, and others in high-stress roles build mobility, resilience, and well-being.
